We manage a small, hand-picked collection of holiday homes in and around Greytown. Every home is one we’d happily stay in ourselves, looked after by people who live down the road.

Some common complaints owners have about property managers are silence, transparency and value, and Greytown Escapes fills that gap. You will always know what is happening with your home, your bookings and your returns, and your guests get the same fast, friendly responses. We are very value driven and are constantly improving and evolving to maximise your revenue, guest experience and client satisfaction.

Commission is charged on net accommodation revenue. Net revenue is gross revenue (the amount the guest pays) less cleaning and servicing fees, and OTA fees such as Airbnb fees.
